Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using raplead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Intelacis LLC, the company that operates raplead ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

raplead is a business research and lead generation platform designed to help web designers, freelancers, and digital marketers identify local businesses with opportunities for digital services. The Service provides:

• Nearby business search via Google Maps and Google Places APIs
• Automated website auditing and performance scoring (0–10 scale)
• Issue detection with recommended fixes
• Cold pitch email generation powered by AI
• Lead management, saving, and export tools
• Social media presence detection (where applicable)

raplead is a research and prospecting tool only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any data provided for any particular purpose. All business data is sourced from publicly available third-party sources including Google Maps. Users are solely responsible for verifying information before acting on it.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

By using raplead you agree that you will NOT use the Service to:

• Harass, spam, threaten, intimidate, or contact businesses in an unlawful manner
• Send unsolicited bulk communications in violation of applicable anti-spam laws including CAN-SPAM, CASL, or GDPR
• Scrape, bulk export, or systematically extract data beyond your plan's normal usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raplead data to third parties
• Target or collect data on private individuals rather than registered businesses
• Operate automated bots, scripts, or crawlers against the Service
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent search or result limits
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or access source code of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law
• Use the Service in jurisdictions where it is not permitted as stated in our Regional Policy

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Plans

raplead offers the following subscription tiers, billable monthly or annually:

• Free — 3 searches per month, 5 results per search, no payment required
• Starter — $12.00 per month or $120.00 per year ($10.00 per month effective), 25 searches, 10 results per search
• Pro — $55.00 per month or $600.00 per year ($50.00 per month effective), 100 searches, 20 results per search
• Agency — $220.00 per month or $2,400.00 per year ($200.00 per month effective), 400 searches, 20 results per search

Feature availability varies by plan as described on the pricing page. We reserve the right to modify plan features with 30 days' notice. Subscribers who signed up before June 2026 may remain on their original pricing indefinitely; new pricing applies to new subscriptions only.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly on the same calendar date as your original sign-up. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise raplead to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

4.3 Annual Subscriptions

You may choose to pay for Starter, Pro, or Agency subscriptions on an annual basis at a discounted effective monthly rate. Annual subscriptions are billed once at the start of the annual term, and again on the same calendar date one year later upon renewal, until you cancel.

Annual subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription before its renewal date, your access continues until the end of the current annual term. At that point, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free tier, and no further charges are made. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of an annual term.

You may switch between monthly and annual billing at any time through the Stripe customer billing portal. Mid-term changes are pro-rated automatically: switching from monthly to annual credits your unused monthly time; switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual term.

4.4 Credit Bundles

One-off credit bundles are available for purchase at published rates. Credit bundles are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits at expiry are forfeited without compensation. Vision audit overage credits are charged at $0.10 per credit beyond included allowances.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.

4.6 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Credit bundles are non-refundable once purchased regardless of usage. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@raplead.com within 14 days of the charge.

4.7 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. You have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before your account is downgraded to the Free tier. Search history and saved leads are retained for 30 days after downgrade.

4.8 Price Changes

We will provide at least 30 days' notice by email before any price increase takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Free Tier Terms

Free accounts are provided for individual evaluation purposes only. The following restrictions apply:

• Maximum 3 searches per calendar month
• Maximum 5 results per search
• Leads expire after 24 hours
• Maximum 3 saved leads at any time
• No CSV export, chatbot detection, email generation, or vision audit
• No chain and franchise filter

Creating multiple free accounts to circumvent these limits is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent bans of all associated accounts and IP addresses.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.1 Business Data

raplead retrieves business information from publicly available sources including Google Maps, Google Places, and public websites. This data is provided for research purposes only. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying all information before use.

6.2 Regional Restrictions

Due to data privacy regulations in certain jurisdictions, the availability and scope of business data varies by region. Contact details are not stored for businesses in GDPR-regulated jurisdictions (EU, UK), Brazil, and certain other regions. The Service is not available in China, Russia, or North Korea.

6.3 Data Retention

Search results are cached for up to 30 days for US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Cached results in regulated jurisdictions are retained for up to 14 days. User account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 90 days of account closure upon request.

6.4 No Sale of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or search data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

raplead, its name, logo, design, source code, algorithms, and all content created by the Company are owned by Intelacis LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the raplead name or logo without written permission

7.1. Third-Party Tool Recommendations and Affiliate Links

Where an audit flags an issue, the Service may suggest third-party tools that could address it. Some of those links are affiliate links: if you sign up or make a purchase through them, raplead may receive a commission from that provider. This is disclosed alongside the links themselves and costs you nothing extra — affiliate pricing is the same price you would pay going direct.

One recommendation is not an affiliate relationship but an ownership one: Intelacis, offered where an audited site has no live chat, is operated by Intelacis LLC — the same company that operates raplead. We disclose this so you can weigh the recommendation accordingly.

Tool suggestions are generated from the audit category, not from a review of your specific circumstances or the prospect’s. They are not professional advice, and we do not warrant that any suggested tool is suitable for your purpose. A commission never changes what the audit reports: scores and flagged issues are computed from Google PageSpeed Insights data, and no provider pays for placement or for an issue to be raised.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELACIS LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE, AND ACCURACY OF DATA.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTELACIS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO INTELACIS LLC IN THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelacis LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any claims by businesses you contact using data obtained through the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, non-payment, or requests by law enforcement. You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by emailing support@raplead.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Intelacis LLC regarding the Service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

14.3 Force Majeure

Intelacis LLC is not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control including internet outages or third-party API failures.

14.4 Third Party Services

The Service integrates with Google Maps, OpenAI, Stripe, and Supabase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

14.5 Affiliate Disclosure

raplead participates in affiliate programs. Some fix guide recommendations contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we believe are genuinely useful for our users.
